Mr. Parra began his studies in law when he was awarded an Honors Fellowship from the University of Gonzaga Law School in Spokane, Washington wherein he completed the Introduction to Law Course in 1994. 

He went on to graduate from the University of Arizona with a B.A. in 1995. Mr. Parra then completed a Juris Doctorate degree at the Arizona State University Sandra Day O'Conner College of Law in Tempe, Arizona.

Luis Fernando Parra is licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona as well as the United State Federal District Court, focusing on matters taken up in the Southern and Northern Districts of Arizona. 

Mr. Parra is currently an active member of the State Bar of Arizona and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).   In 2004, he completed State of Sonora Professional Real Estate Course, and since then has been an active member of the Hermosillo, Sonora section of the AMPI (Asociación Mexicana de Profesionistas Inmobiliarios, A.C.). The continued membership in this organization is part of the reason why Mr. Parra is well versed in International Real Estate Transactions. Mr. Parra also has a unique interest in promoting the vast history, unique heritage, as well as preserving the sustainability of the Arizona-Sonora Region.
