Mr. Parra was awarded an Honors Fellowship from the University of Gonzaga Law School in Spokane, Washington wherein he completed the Introduction to Law Course in 1994. 

He graduated with a B.A. from the University of Arizona in 1995. In 1999, Mr. Parra completed a JURIS DOCTORATE degree at the Sandra Day O'Conner College of Law, Arizona State University, Tempe, Arizona.

Luis Fernando Parra is licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona as well as the United State Federal District Court, focusing on matters taken up in the Southern and Northern Districts of Arizona. 

Mr. Parra is also an active member of the State Bar of Arizona and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).   In 2004, he completed State of Sonora Professional Real Estate Course, and since then has been an active member of the Hermosillo, Sonora section of the AMPI (Asociación Mexicana de Profesionistas Inmobiliarios, A.C.). Mr. Parra is well versed in International Real Estate Transactions. 

He Maintains an Extensive Network of professional contacts in both the United States and Mexico. Parra Law Offices, P.L.L.C.,  works diligently and ethically to protect our client’s best interests as they endeavor to conduct their business concerns in the Arizona-Sonora Region and throughout the United States of America.

Mr. Parra has a unique interest in promoting the vast History, unique Heritage, as well as preserving the sustainability of the Arizona-Sonora Region.
